Clayton began his HVAC career in 2007 with Air Dynamics Inc., where he honed his skills over a decade under the expert mentorship of Cecil Sain. Following Cecil’s retirement in 2018, Clayton seized the opportunity to bring his vision to life. By securing his Class A Environmental Air Conditioning license in late 2019, he established WILCO HVAC.
Since its inception, Clayton, along with his wife Ashley and his brothers Taylor and James, have been committed to building WILCO HVAC from the ground up. As a family-owned and locally-operated business, we are devoted to providing honest, high-quality HVAC solutions at competitive rates. Our team offers over 40 years of combined experience serving West Texas, consistently upholding the principles of integrity and excellence.
Taylor and James, each with more than a decade of hands-on experience gained from their work with Clayton and Cecil, are known for their meticulous craftsmanship.

Clayton, Ashley, Taylor and JJ grew up just south of San Angelo in Knickerbocker, TX. We are local residents that want to bring honest and affordable services to San Angelo and the surrounding areas. Generations of our family were born and raised in this place we call home.
